Hello there, my name is Daniela. I am a recent graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, concentrating in project management. I have a passion for supporting and leading teams through empathy and emotional intelligence. My leadership style fosters environments where everyone is committed to the project's success and feels valued for their contributions. My adaptability helps me thrive in fast-paced settings and enables me to quickly jump into problem-solving mode. Recognized for my active listening skills, I understand the needs and concerns of team members, clients, and vendors. I strive to build and maintain positive relationships. With five years of management experience, I excel in team coordination, scheduling, problem-solving, and time management. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball with friends and hiking with my family. I've also recently started exploring pottery and am excited to create some art. Let’s connect!
