I built my career leading multimillion-dollar operations in companies such as CVC Corp, Ben Visa Vale (Santander Group), Alelo, and Nationwide, delivering results that included national B2B/B2C channel structuring, turnaround of critical business units, and leadership of teams with over indirect professionals. In the corporate benefits sector, I was responsible for positioning Ben Visa Vale as a new competitive player in the market within just 7 months. I structured a robust commercial model, activating over 2,500 Santander branches, with active users and partner establishments. At Alelo, I led operations that accounted for 60% of national revenue (BRL 2.5 billion/year), achieving 13% annual growth and increasing market share.
