About Daniela Dogaru

My career in office administration, operations & team management has been combined with several experiences of program and project coordination, communication and events management. I am a very organized, hard-working and passionate person with marked attention to details. I enjoy using my skills to support and manage day by day requests & activities. I have also a natural attitude to problem solving and I always keep control over the situation. I have worked with strict schedule, learning to act with a team approach and adopting proactive working methods in order to achieve successful results. I learn very fast, I take initiatives and responsibilities and I enjoy acting proactively to improve internal procedures and processes, attending simplification projects. Experienced with sensitive information management I am a very attentive and discrete person. I enjoy working in a team strengthening a human and pleasant approach to the work environment, but I am also able to be very independent. I have worked for almost my entire career within an international environment and in different languages. Thanks to the different working environments I have been exposed to, I have developed flexibility and a strong working ethics.
