Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to SpaceStream business and commercial activities-Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer/partner relationships-Overseeing the projects' management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit-Developing business opportunities with ESA, ASI, ECMWF and European Commission-Identify new sales opportunities-Working on Cross Selling Opportunities between Business Units: B2B, Spacestream and Government & Security-Defining sales and expansion strategies for projects, on existing orders, and on new opportunities-Contributing to project proposals preparation-Supporting the operative phase of numerous projects and, as part of this task, keeping regular consultation with clients, as well as with the users of services and systems. I have outstanding organizational and communication skills, always combined with a strong attitude to build trust and efficiency with partners, users, and clients. My approach to leadership and management is constantly evolving thanks to international exposure and contacts with European and Global partner companies. I think that having strong technical and coordination skills are only some elements for the success of any single story. Instead, it is essential to change the way we do management, establishing a collaborative approach with users, by making stakeholders' participation highly valued, performing, and persistent.
