I started my professional life as a CSR in call centers in 2010, as a highly motivated and confident individual, aware of my skills and ability to help others and the business, I was not afraid of challenges, my professionalism, efficiency, and hard work paid off, after 4 months of being at Concentrix, my promotions did not stop, and I finally became a team supervisor for the Dish Network account. After 9 years in call centers, I decided it was time for a change, I started a new adventure as a virtual assistant for BDI Business Development Institute, I couldn't have been happier with my decision, collaborating with great people and leaders have helped me hone my skills.
