About Daniela Everaars

Hello! I am RN with over four years experience working in a multitude of settings from Orthopedic Trauma, vaccine clinics, out patient radiation oncology to in-patient medical oncology. I am a proactive individual, a patient advocate, a learning enthusiast, a strong team player and a problem solver. I think that no matter where we are, whatever challenges we face in our health care workplaces we can always be a shining light and if we keep our practice focused on patient centered care. This is why my nursing practice is guided by the values of social justice, equity and advocacy. This enables us to advocate for the betterment of health care and when we do this we help ensure our patients get the best care possible. Additionally, I am a life long learner, one of the reasons why I am passionate about healthcare. There is always more to learn, always another way to further my knowledge. I love being in health care and, I also find joy in reading a good book, enjoying the sunshine and walking along the river. My work has made me thankful for all these peaceful little moments.
