About Daniela Gamba

Comunication Science degree and second degree in Comunication of Society Information at Turin University of Studies. In 2006 she worked for CSP - ICT Innovation in a laboratory dedicated to Web 2.0 and Social Media, in which she developped a theory called "E-Democracy 2.0". This theory elaborates on the possibility to make interactions between citizens and Public Admistrations in a very active and collabrative way. In 2007 she worked for Turin Chambre of Commerce as Web Redactor and in 2008 for two differents consultant company. She's a passionate blogger and an enthusiastic of any new applications 2.0, of which she daily writes about with a critical point of view. From 2008 to 2013, she is worked as web 2.0 expertise at Infogroup, an ISP's company. Starting from 2014 she is a Integration analyst at Reale Mutua Assurance. Co-product owner in Digital Factory in 2019, works on Agile project, from design thinking fase to realization and deployment on production enviroment. Now she is working on Work force Transformation by process simplyfing, digitalization, implementing IA solutionand RPA automation.
