I have an in-depth knowledge about products and systems, model behavior, and can positively coach a team to success. I lead by using good judgment to manage the branches budget and lead the branch to achieve projected results through the development of the team. I support all team members and partners. Success includes great recruiting, observing,coaching by providing intentional feedback, developing our team members to achieve consistently high performance objectives by driving their purpose as the center. I have experience leading an exceptional customer experience culture while reaching for desired results and only operate with integrity.
