About Daniela Guday

Communication is life - defining human interactions and relationships, facilitating cultural exchange both in and outside the workplace. The relationship between employer and employee is constantly evolving. Creating and fostering an environment where both sides are empowered and engaged in meaningful communication makes the work place more productive and also more responsive to the needs and personalities of the very people who generate that productivity. My passion lies in creating and optimizing communication strategies to best fit the brand identity and equally satisfy all stakeholders. Translating brand equities and turning them into entertaining, informative messages that reflect the unique culture which we strive to nurture. I see myself at this juncture, working to ensure that all sides are given a voice and the stage to use it. Sharing with and learning from each other to create a rewarding and successful experience.
