I am a business manager with extensive international experience. I have an excellent track record in business administration and project management in challenging, fast paced environments. Having worked for non-profit and profit institutions gives me the spectrum to understand how we can use resources to have a positive impact depending on the community. I am also an independent fitness/well-being consultant. For over fifteen years, I have been providing individuals and groups the necessary tools and programs to achieve healthy lifestyles through exercise. My expertise in brain training and certificate on Brain Training for Goal Achievement, makes me believe that every individual has the capacity to achieve goals that might appear unreachable as long as you are consistent, patient and passionate about it. I value the learning experience, the building of relationships and the achievements in every project I undertake either in sports or business. I believe it is important to approach every project with a sense of purpose and ownership, leveraging our strengths so that we can have a positive impact in the community.
