Solid experience in project investment financial analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis for investment projects financed through PHARE, ISPA, SAPARD, Cohesion Funds and Structural Fund; Over 23 years of professional working experience in the economic and financial areas out of which 16 years of professional experience working in infrastructure projects in the field of environment 15 years of experience in the field of consultancy in different areas: water and wastewater infrastructure, waste management, road infrastructure, tourism, urban infrastructure, mainly in running Cost Benefit Analysis, options analysis, cost estimates, institutional analysis, accounting, Financing Application and financial evaluation of EU funds Applications; 15 years of experience in the preparation of large infrastructure projects in water sector (key phases of the project cycle such as preparation and appraisal) and relevant methodologies (feasibility studies, CBA, financial analysis); Strong experience in analysis the CBA in water/wastewater projects financed under Cohesion Fund (filling in check list of the CBAs completeness by taking into account the national and EU requirements; analysis of the CBA water and wastewater projects in terms of completeness, coherence, consistencies and correlation between documents with accent on compliance with the economic / financial requirements and criteria for funding under LIOP); Support for the Sectorial Operational Program Environment Managing Authority and Intermediate Body, including support in the evaluation of projects funded under SOP Environment: assisting in reviewing project proposal in Romania, by providing judgements and recommendations on the Cost Benefit Analysis, Feasibilities Study an Applications for funding under Cohesion Funds.
