About Daniela Ilieva

I don't feel my commitments as work — they are part of the way I live. I love what I do because it gives me meaning, movement, and the opportunity to create. For 10 years, I have been managing the Law and Internet Foundation, an organization with almost 25 years of history that develops international projects at the intersection of law, technology, and public interest. In parallel, I am an academic professor and corporate trainer. I work with students at bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, and my trainings are with companies from various sectors — banking, IT, pharmaceutical, financial, real estate, education, media, start-ups, and other. I train leaders and teams on topics such as business communication, etiquette, leadership, NLP, coaching, neuroscience, personal development, and wellbeing. I am the author of six books and dream of writing the next one — this time a collection of short stories. I am inspired by human stories, by the way thoughts turn into actions, and by how energy drives everything. I believe that energy management is the new time management. That is why I work for balance — from sleep, sports, and nutrition, to personal deep transformation, rest, and joy in every moment. When balance is there, success is a natural result. Today, I have the freedom to do the things I love — to teach, inspire, develop people and ideas, and invest in innovative entrepreneurial projects with the potential for real change. However, my greatest achievement remains personal — becoming a mother before embarking on a serious career path. Now my children are grown, and I — with a sense of vibrant youth, still curious, energetic, and ready for new horizons. On the path to wisdom, my favorite thought (for this period) is by Seneca: “The whole future lies in uncertainty: live for now.”
