About Daniela Inoue

With over 4 years’ experience working as a Risk and Compliance Manager in Australia, I started my career at KPMG Taxation and have completed a Bachelor of Law in Brazil and a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Accounting in Sydney. I have strong skills within Finance, Risk and Compliance areas. I am passionate about organizational process, procedures, policies, and legislation. I thrive in an environment where I am able to contribute to a team environment while liaising with various internal & external stakeholders. My background includes working with financial and non-financial information in a strategic way, ensuring the business is compliant with organizational process and legislation. I also have capability to manage risk processes and drive office efficiency within fast-paced environments while ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines. One of the highlights of my career was the implementation of a new procedure with the operations team to verify the compliance requirements of all company’s partners prior to engagement. This successfully mitigated the exposure of the business to any liability related to modern slavery, public liability and taxes. As part of that process improvement, I also ran the implementation of online signature software in our Contract Agreements to facilitate the engagement of partners in remote areas. I am skilled when it comes to implementing changes, managing the change management process, and leading team members through difficult periods while working in collaboration with different departments. I am a highly organized and self-motivated professional and find prioritizing tasks, collaborating with management, and developing effective communication and organizational procedures, as some of my key career strengths.
