My main take away from 25+ years of international sales management is that I am particularly keen on providing solutions based on hard numbers. My main take away from 7+ years of career in global consulting is that I am successful when I can give meaning - i.e. applicable propositions only - to the corporate transformations that clients want. In most cases organizations in transformation are seeking to restructure charts, introduce new systems, implement know-how, streamline capital, or overhaul customer relationships. What they are facing is in fact the gap between processes and people.
