About Daniela Kapitz

I am passionate about marketing and psychology, holding a M.A. business psychology. Some of my absolute passions are design and marketing, but I am also interested in psychology, as well as general business-related connections. For this reason, after completing my apprenticeship as a media designer at Giesecke & Devrient, I decided to study business psychology, as my keenness for business and psychology were optimally combined. In order to further develop my already acquired skills in media design, I decided to specialize in market and advertising psychology. Here I was especially intrigued that two facets of marketing and advertising has been viewed: On one hand the perspective of the company itself - and on the other hand the view of the advertised customers. In the context of the advertiser's perspective, design and optimal communication to the customer are of interest, while the customer's perspective deals with questions like "How does the customer tick?","What leads to the purchase?" and “Why do customers prefer other products?”. Customer psychology therefore deals with emotions, motivations and stimulus processing and is therefore, in my opinion, the decisive factor for the success or failure of a company.
