I am a hardworking, reliable and meticulous Digital Project Manager & Agile Coach with more than 6 years of working experience in managing projects full cycle. I am a driven and passionate professional with a huge interest in technology who had acquired a wealth of experience within different industries such as e-commerce, FinTech, retail, logistics, entertainment and pharma. My role exceeds the typical PM role. I am always looking beyond requirements, budgets and timelines to ensure they are executing high-impact, high-visibility projects with a direct line to the organization’s overall strategic goals. During my 6 years experience I worked closely with product owners, team members and top management as an Agile facilitator to prove that this methodology will have a long-term positive results for the organization. I got a proven record of agile project management and a solid knowledge of SCRUM methodology and I was also involved in IT project integration. My ambitious personality excels any projects that I'm leading or I'm part of. I got a master degree in economics and management from the University of Economics in Romania. After graduation, I worked for the biggest e-commerce company in Eastern Europe and since the end of 2017 I'm working in Sweden at VNTRS (IT consulting company). I am constantly driven to learn new skills and perfect my trade.
