About Daniela Koch

I am a software developer with over 3 years of experience. Besides being one of the lead developers working towards democratisation of a VR software, I also drive multiple projects as a UX designer. Curiosity and being open minded let me excel in my position. Along with my multicultural background, they help me to emphasize both with the users, in order to create more targeted human centered experiences, as well as with my coworkers, boosting our collaboration. I am passionate about challenges since I see them as a means to grow, learn new skills and explore alternative approaches for handling issues. Most importantly, I value cooperation with my team and working towards a common goal. I always aim for a balance between being focused and productive, and cultivating a personal connection, embraced with humour. I thrive well alongside positive people who consider obstacles as exciting challenges. In my professional journey I strive to enhance human potential with technology, especially by taking advantage of VR. Currently I am working on solutions for the automotive industry and in my free time I pursue my interest in the field of education.
