About Daniela Kroesswang

With a professional career in banking, I bring proven stress resistance, solution-oriented thinking, and a dash of humor. I am passionate about communication at all levels and successfully coordinating exciting projects. Since August 2023, I have been focusing on my work as a trainer for mental health and the promotion of social skills. As an organizational talent and reliable professional, I always maintain an overview. I also have valuable experience from a dynamic office environment and in dealing with international clients. My previous position prepared me perfectly for my current role as a trainer, as I can flexibly empathize with and understand different professional situations. Thanks to my further training as a senior trainer, I understand the concerns of the Traditional- and Baby Boomer Generation as well as those of the younger generations and can offer empathetic support.
