Bilingual Hospitality and Guest Service Professional. I put my heart in to everything I do with enthusiasm and a responsible work ethic. I am a firm believer in the "every Guest, every time" approach. I am someone who is a self starter and knows how to work independently as well as working in teams. I have been recognized by leaders and colleagues for being an open-minded leader receptive to feedback and always wanting to learn more. I currently work in the industrial supply realm focusing on MRO. I was recently chosen to join the Sales Operations team. Assisting customers with orders, warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, and continuous problem solving while owning the decision and following through are part of my daily work. When I'm not trying to create a memorable moment with a Guest or driving results, I like to hang out with my dogs and husband at home watching baking competitions. I also enjoy going out on adventures, exploring nature, and hiking.
