About Daniela Lindh

My name is Daniela and I'm from the biggest city in northern Sweden, my hometown Umeå. I'm very down to earth, easy going, a quick learner, and have a great eye for details. I graduated from Cosmetology School in 2010 and started working full time as a hairdresser at Hårizont, Umeå. I was also responsible for the salon's social media channels and website. On top of that, I was an ambassador & Session.Stylist for Kevin.Murphy, and worked closely with our vendor. Working as a hairdresser gave me a lot of experience and skills such as meeting deadlines and client expectations, customer relations, managing inventory, and consulting. I’m very motivated, curious, and open minded and am always looking for new experience in life. I was dreaming about living California, so in 2015 I moved to Los Angeles to study Business Merchandising at Santa Monica College. After I graduated SMC I started working for Sockerbit as a Store Manager where I was responsible for hiring and training of staff, managing website and inventory, purchase orders, customer service and corporate relations. During this time I was also doing an internship at a model/talent agency where I booked actors and models for different gigs. I have also worked as a brand ambassador at events on the side, and have represented companies like WeWork, MLB, and Louis Vuitton. Since 2019 I’ve been working as a Manager for Salon Republic. I was rotating during my first year between their Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills location. My duties are but not limited to operating the on-site beauty supply store, leasing studios, property management, etc. Today I’m the location manager for the West Hollywood location that has 70+ salon suites. I love working in such an inspiring environment amongst some of the greatest celebrity hairdressers in the world. I believe that my clients appreciate the fact that I have great people skills and they often seek advice of how to improve their businesses. I am very happy to still be working in the beauty industry where I can use my experiences as a hairdresser, manager, and as a merchandiser. I love animals and care a lot for the environment. I prefer to work with products that are cruelty free and I love to be working for a company that shares the same values as I do.
