As a Customer Service Attendant at the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG), I ensure that all guests leave the garden with a positive and memorable experience. I assist them with ticketing, directions, information, and feedback while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I also support the garden's daily operations and events, such as the Holiday Train Show and the Orchid Show. I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at CUNY Herbert H. Lehman College, with plans to minor in Economics and Finance. I am passionate about learning new concepts and skills in these fields and applying them to real-world scenarios. I aim to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and work in the accounting and finance industry. I am eager to explore different opportunities and challenges that will help me grow and develop as a professional. I am always open to new hobbies and interests, such as photography, yoga, and cooking. I plan to connect with like-minded people and mentors who can inspire and guide me along my career journey.
