About Daniela Marfon

In 2006, I began my career by joining the Dacia Renault network. During my tenure at Amat SA, I honed my skills in marketing, sales, customer relations, and technical aspects. Additionally, I gained expertise in financial solutions such as leasing and credits, and I ventured into the insurance industry, specializing in auto and building insurance. Eight years later, I embraced new challenges when I joined Dacia Automobile company. There, I focused on After Sales Renault Parts. My dedication, persistence, and successful outcomes led to my promotion as Manager. For two years, I led the Customer Care Aftersales team, serving clients across Asia, America, and Eurasia. In 2019, my responsibilities expanded as I took on technical and back-office tasks when two new teams joined the company under my leadership. Since 2020, I have been serving as the Head of the International Customer Care After Sales Department, marking a new chapter in my career.
