About Daniela Margarone

I lived 12 years in London, having different work experiences. Last few years in London I was working within department of health. I am working in Johnson controls since 2007 as Shared Service Centre Coordinator and then as Professional HR Employee Relation & Communication. In my actual role I am responsible to deploy corporate communications activities (employee engagement activities, volunteering programs, vision week, global employee survey) and to administer training and development for all employees based in Italy HQ. In addition I am also following Share Service Centre activities for Italy and EESouth Regions (Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Slovenia, Serbia within all business groups,AE, BE, PS and Corporate). I would describe myself as a motivated and open mind person, hard worker, focused on results with strong communication skills. Team player orientated, able to work across different cultures.
