Is that rush of happiness that comes after helping my team, giving a different point of view or a crazy and resourceful solution. Is finding the way around the problem and making it a lesson. I'm obsessed with learning new things in different areas, so I wasn't afraid but excited to begin my current role as a Production Assistant for an asphalt company when I knew nothing about the field. After a few months, I can't happily say that I have a pretty good grasp on terminology, production process but most important I'm allowed to interact and help my teammates and customers.
