About Daniela Molina

Senior HR leader with over 15 years of international experience across Latin America and Europe. I specialize in building strategic people agendas that enable transformation, accelerate talent, and shape high-impact cultures in complex, multicultural environments. I’ve led HR teams across five countries, supported global integration projects, and built regional capabilities aligned with business strategy. My leadership style is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, a deep commitment to developing others and a strong focus and energy on supporting the business to achieve its long term goals. Currently serving as HR Director for Chile & Argentina, I’m part of the LATAM South HR Leadership Team, and the Chile and Argentina Business Leadership Team. I’m also an active mentor in the global Mission Gender Equity program and just had the best experience ever as university professor in Positive Leadership. I believe in leading with purpose, listening with humility, and delivering with impact.
