She is responsible for the manufacturing, automotive, logistics and retail sectors. Before joining the company, she spent over 8 years as Senior Consultant working for an international executive search firm where she specialized mainly in manufacturing and retail sectors. Prior to building a career in executive search, Daniela worked as a Country Manager at Berlitz Schools of Languages. During her career in Berlitz, she helped to design an internal recruitment and selection procedure as well as to implement Competency Model and employees’ evaluation system. Daniela holds a Masters Degree in Economic Policy & Administration from University of Pardubice in Czech Republic. She speaks native Czech, is fluent in English and communicates in German.
