With years of diversified experience in various fields, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in different aspects of customer service, promotion, and education. As a promoter for the Save the Planet and Children Association, I was actively involved in raising awareness and mobilizing the community on environmental issues and child protection. This experience has enhanced my communication and persuasion skills and provided me with a deeper insight into the social challenges.we face. As a call center operator for Wind, I acquired a detailed understanding of the telecommunications industry and customer needs in this field. I was responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing technical support, strengthening my active listening and problem-solving skills. I evolved in the team as a team leader allowed me to develop management and organizational skills, coordinating and motivating the team to achieve set objectives. As a part-time English language lecturer for the Cambridge Association, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and inspire others to develop their linguistic skills. I created and implemented personalized learning programs tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of students. I work as a customer service specialist at Conectys, where I have the opportunity to utilize all these accumulated skills from my various previous roles.
