Applying human factors to the writing process engages the end-user effectively, and adds to a positive end-user experience for the entire brand. User documentation, Service, and Training materials must serve the intended audience effectively. This is especially true in the medical device industry, where safety concerns are of the utmost importance. By applying in-depth audience analysis and participating in usability studies, we can meet the unique needs of the target, yet fulfill the requirements of this highly regulated industry - this has been my mission as a leader of a highly-productive writing team. I also have a high acumen for languages and understanding of the localization processes for software strings in the medical industry.
