I am a passionate and driven Human Resources professional with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. As a bilingual Venezuelan-American, I leverage my cultural perspective to cultivate safe and efficient work environments. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and General Business, and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Resource Management at Florida International University. As a Recruiter at Hayes Locums, I was honored to be inducted into the "Hall of Fame" as a top performer within my first 90 days, where I managed candidate outreach and pre-employment verifications, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for medical professionals. My previous experiences at Inter Miami CF and TheSocialTalks have sharpened my skills in HR administration, HRIS systems, recruitment, and supporting the new hire experience. At Inter Miami CF, I contributed to hiring over fifty individuals and developed valuable programs like the IMCF Internship Program. I also gained significant leadership experience at TheSocialTalks by leading interns, ensuring team productivity and optimizing internal communication. Beyond my professional journey, I have cultivated strong leadership skills through community service roles, including serving as President of Kids Helping KID, where I organized fundraising efforts and provided support for at-risk children. Additionally, I have a background in writing, having published a poetry collection, sol for the soul, and contributed regularly as a staff writer for Her Campus. I am eager to continue growing within HR, focusing on fomenting positive organizational cultures and strategically supporting business interests and organizational goals. I am dedicated to my career progression as I work towards being a leader in the field.
