Over the past 6 years, I've honed my content writing proficiency through extensive work in the blogosphere and social media. My scope extends across various niches, including gastronomy, local events, interior design, fashion, and even safes and lock boxes. As a matter of fact, I have grown my content creation capabilities by ghostwriting for small businesses, crafting engaging content for website pages, blogs, and social media posts. In my journey, there is also a five-year experience in outbound and inbound telemarketing for a major Italian company specializing in private training courses. This role has also contributed to the improvement of my skills in communication, stress management and effective relationship-building. Additionally, my past roles as a front office secretary for a real estate and a training center, allowed me to learn better organizational efficiency and client interaction. Furthermore, as a private English tutor, I could polish my language skills (currently at B2-C1 level) and also cultivated an empathic and effective teaching approach.
