About Daniela Pereira

On 1991 I joined the Veterinary School on University of Veterinary Medicine Octávio Bastos, FEOB, São Paulo, Brazil and received my degree on Veterinary on February of 1996.On 1997 I was accept as a intern at CENARGEN/EMBRAPA - Genetic Resources and Biotechnology - Federal District / Brazil. The CENARGEN is a reference center of research in biotechnology in Brazil and South America. At CENARGEN, I learned a lot about embryos and procedures of reproduction like ET, IVF, ICSI, cloning. I worked with them for 9 years helping with all kind of projects, experiments and thesis related with biotechnology of animal reproduction helping students of graduation, master and PhD. Also training and qualifying person to work at associates IVF labs and embryo transfer labs.Durant the period that I was at CENARGEN (2001-2003) I began my Master's degree in Agrarian Sciences at University of Brasília, UNB, Distrito Federal, Brazil. Master's Title: Evaluation of Different cultivation Systems in the production in vitro of Bovine embryos having as mu advisers Dr. Rodolfo Rumpf and Dr. Margot Alves Nunes Dode - Grant holder: Coordination of Personnel Improvement of Superior Level, CAPES, Brazil.On July 2007 I was hired by ST Genetics to help the company implement the IVF project. We begin with a small laboratory in Texas and today we have a big structure. I’m worked as a manager at IVF Lab in Texas until 05/2010 when I was transferred to Fond du Lac to run the new IVF lab. On 2012 the ST genetics bought a new installation in De Forest and the FDL laboratory was transferred for this new location.The ST Vienna/IVF lab is responsible to create the new generation of Bull and Donors of ST Genetics
