About Daniela Pirrone

Continuous contact with customers in concert with the Sales Department is an integral part of my job. The Facilitator function allows me to harmonize the different needs of repairs and to support the sales force both from a technical point of view and in the acquisition of new customers. In the role of Customer Care Specialist I have experience in the executive, operational, administrative fields aimed at finding the best solutions for customer satisfaction. The previous years have been of collaboration with the IT department as the Representative of the Operations group of the PRT, during which I have gained various teamwork experiences- Consolidation and coordination of the work group- Knowledge of processing and printing platforms- Review of internal operational processes- Claims management- Improvement of business processes aimed at reducing time- Criticality analysis- Troubleshooting. In the previous 10 years I found myself working in the field of logistics and international and exceptional transport, during which I gained a thorough knowledge of the logistical, administrative and customs aspects through a growing experience in responsibility in the various aspects of shipping, in particular in the field of ADR I collaborate with the OASI association and I have been appointed Global Goodwill Ambassador and I participate in INSPAD activities
