About Daniela Pisano

I am currently working as a flight attendant for in premium cabin for Emirates. Working for such a big and powerful industry, in a cosmopolitan environment, taught me how to handle difficult situations, set and achieve predefined tasks and respect specific standards. I have always found this kind of pressure challenging and very stimulating. It made me grow as a person and professionally, helped me to know what my strengths, especially in a work environment, are. Everyday as cabin crew we wear the same uniform and make up, so it's easy for a customer point of view to believe that we all think alike and we all act the same way. Being able to express my energy, my personality, and to think out of the box without lacking of professionalism it's something that in these years have always been appreciated by colleagues but most of all by clients and helped me to handle difficult customers and to solve challenging situations.
