I have a master's degree in human resources from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and I am currently a recruiter at RINA, international certification organization. I have over three years of experience in the retail and fashion industry, working as a sales assistant and mentor at various brands. My core competencies include communication, computer literacy, and decision-making skills. As a recruiter, I conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, review and analyze resumes and applications, perform initial screenings and interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. I also maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems, coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assist in negotiating and finalizing job offers. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the positions, and I strive to provide a positive and professional experience for both candidates and clients. I value teamwork, diversity, and continuous learning, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of human resources.
