About Daniela Reboucas

My leadership on Systemiq’s Built Environment Platform fuses urban science, advanced analytics, and sustainable finance to turn low-carbon and net-zero city goals into investable pipelines. I co-lead AI-enabled spatial diagnostics and digital-twin scenario testing to pinpoint high-leverage interventions—catalyzing sustainable real-estate development and infrastructure across housing, mobility, nature-based adaptation, and innovation districts—and then architect capital stacks that blend public budgets, concessional/philanthropic funds, and private investment, with MRV (measurement, reporting, and verification) to track outcomes. As Co-Founder at Y2X, I’ve sourced and matured early-stage opportunities into bankable ventures through strategic advisory and capital formation. Recently, as Project Lead Advisor for InvestSP’s CITI SP, I helped shape São Paulo’s International Center for Technology and Innovation—aligning governance, data, and finance to deliver a world-class, delivery-ready platform for an innovation district and sustainable growth.
