I’m a finance and operations leader with a passion for driving growth, improving efficiencies, and building strong teams. Currently, I serve as Chief Financial Officer at Early Upgrade, where I oversee the company’s financial strategy, ensuring we’re making smart decisions that position us for sustainable success. Whether it’s managing cash flow, optimizing budgets, or identifying new opportunities for growth, I’m always focused on the bigger picture while staying grounded in the details.Before becoming CFO, I was the Executive Director of HR, Compliance & Operations at Early Upgrade, where I had the chance to lead some exciting initiatives. I helped streamline everything from compliance (including R2 certification) to HR systems, and I worked on transforming how we recruit and onboard talent. I also launched several systems, like a time clock program and an IVR system, that improved efficiency and gave our teams the tools they needed to thrive.I’m all about creating strong, positive change, and I get excited by the opportunity to help teams work smarter, grow faster, and do great things. When I’m not focused on financial strategy or team building, I’m always looking for ways to innovate and improve the processes that keep things running smoothly.
