About Daniela Reyna

I have 15 years of experience in Commercial areas with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry. I am skilled in Strategic Negotiations, Business Planning, Sales, Sales Management, and Relationship Building. In my commercial experience, I achieved a revenue growth of 197% in concrete and 1,850% in steel from 2015 to 2018 and I also accomplished a growth of 93% in the management of costumers in the same period. Since January 2019, I started leading the Customer Experience area at Cemex. The most relevant achievement of this position is the increase of the NPS, 11%(from 2018 to 2019), additional 13%(from 2019 to 2020). Furthermore, I established a Service Committee in Mexico in February 2019, which is an initiative that brings together the leaders of key areas to generate improvements on the service opportunities detected. Besides, I’ve lead campaigns, trainings and efforts to contribute to build a customer centric culture among the more than employees, focusing on reinforcing that each collaborator plays a fundamental role in the customer experience, no matter the position. Moreover, I’ve implemented a holistic customer experience approach by analyzing each part of the customer journey to find opportunity areas in each of the areas and promote improvements. I consider that one of my key strengths is negotiation skills. I always try to find the best possible win-win scenario that will allow me to succeed in a specific project and build long-term relationships inside and outside my organization.
