About Daniela Richter

Responsible for all training relevant topics globally and for the Academy. My core responsibility is to create and drive the Global Training Management strategy in order to drive the growth or the organization and the business. I am leading a team of eight people in the roles of e-Learning Specialists, Global Trainers and LMS Specialist. My team is partly located in Stuttgart and in Bangalore, India too. My areas of responsibility: Training strategy, global communication, Train the Trainer and trainer support, Learning Management System administration and enhancements of features to customize it for the organizations' needs. e-Learning in all different formats (web-based-training, explainer videos, video guides), mainly used in efficient Blended Learning Solutions. Experienced in building up a training and learning area from scratch, in supporting the organization in the culture change, in working with people globally, also in leading people on-site and remotely.
