About Daniela Roman Areiza

During my time at Seneca College, I had the opportunity to take the accelerated Law Clerk program. Which familiarized me with courses relating to computer applications and legal software. As well as providing me with a foundation of general computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and legal softwares such as Athennian and PCLaw. It has also prepared me to work under the supervision of a lawyer in a fast-paced legal environment. During my employment as a Deployment Guard and Asset Protection Person, I utilized strong leadership skills and practiced independence in order to efficiently inspect and guide visitors. Furthermore, my great attention to detail, competent multi-tasking abilities and positive demeanour have allowed me to diffuse many visitor related issues that arose. I have also operated under pressure while acting professionally as I have interacted with a variety of different people, which has helped me to become capable of working in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Additionally, I am able to responsibly deal with difficult situations while using my problem-solving skills to resolve disputes.
