Passionate for everything that pertains to growth - of people, ideas, start-ups, and companies. WHY WE SHOULD CONNECTI share only insights, tips, and articles that I wish I read on my feed - and therefore that “pertain growth - of people, ideas, start-ups, and companies”.I also write, sometimes, when I find something that I think can be useful for my network. This means that I don’t share a lot of content, but I try to make it useful. I am interested in meeting like-minded - and especially less like-minded - professionals to share knowledge, ideas, and business opportunities. I am confident that a network of diverse competencies is the key to make innovation happen. A FEW WORDS ABOUT MYSELFI have always been into getting the big picture and understanding things from a distance (that’s why I loved working in the aerospace industry), as much as I like understanding the details and getting operational (few things teach you about customer service as waitressing). I’ve been into entrepreneurship and business development since I was a student: first I joined the start-up Bircle, and then the Junior Enterprise network, where I ended up leading European students in front of the European institutions. Afterwards, strategy consulting was fundamental to teach me structure, structure, and - probably - a bit more structure. It also taught me that my elective industries are those built on mechanics, physics, electronics, and hydraulics, to enable telecommunications, give power to energy networks and so on. In another life, I am an engineer - but I constantly work to fill the gap. Today I work in a venture builder where my very job is to develop innovative ideas into start-ups, with a focus on making industrial companies - and especially utilities - more sustainable. It would have been hard to think of something more suitable.
