About Daniela Schneider

I have been a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as Sustainability Consultant for more than 13 years. During my career I have led multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams in the areas of customer service, education and sustainability. I have successfully led more than 10 international projects in education, change management, digitalization and sustainability. As a Sustainability expert, I was asked to teach sustainable development at two universities and adult education centres, focusing on sustainable development, ESG, doughnut economics and other holistic approaches to sustainability. I was a guest speaker in town-hall meetings and discussions on sustainable communities and towns and interviewed local decision-makers on their views and challenged them on their plans. As Project-Lead, I am also well-versed in the current ESG and sustainability laws and regulations, have been calculating emissions and spearheading initiatives to reduce carbon emissions for the past three years. My background in Human Rights has led me to become an Anti-Discrimination coach. I have facilitated youth workshops in schools as well as Senior Management consultations. I have participated in corporate culture transformation by educating leaders on how to adapt a more inclusive language and advising co-workers on overcoming structural discrimination in the workplace.
