Global Project Manager with 5+ years leading strategic global projects and 10+ years of experience in Client Financial Management. I coordinate cross-functional global projects adding value by delivering outcomes collaboratively and efficiently. As part of my former role within Finance Strategy and Enablement area I was able to manage end to end strategic projects aligned with the Company’s vision. Responsible for the creation and management of the Project Plan, timeline, Communication and Change Management Plans and Stakeholders management with exposure to key Senior Leadership and external vendors. I’m proud of my achievements such as leading a digital transformation project, adopting virtual learning to onboard Finance resources globally. Implemented with an Agile approach it was fast delivered benefiting over new joiners. In addition I have a solid finance background, managing Client Accounts projects from inception to close-out. Experienced in Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting, Deviations Analysis, Cost Management, Profitability expansion and Compliance. I possess strong communications skills, fluent both in English and Spanish and have demonstrated Team Management skills, leading, and coaching several teams up to 17 members. I successfully led a Finance team managing over ten accounts generating USD$200M annual revenue. I aspire to continue developing my expertise in these areas and stay up to date with new ways of working.
