About Daniela Vial

As a product development leader with over 10 years of experience in the airline industry, I have a passion for creating and implementing innovative and customer-centric products and services that enhance the cargo experience and increase the loyalty and satisfaction of our clients. I have a Master's degree in International Business from Florida International University, and a dual Bachelor's degree in International Business and History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Currently, I am the Director of Product Development at LATAM Cargo, where I oversee the product development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify market opportunities, conduct research and analysis, and design and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. I have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and I speak Spanish and English fluently. I am motivated by the mission of LATAM Cargo to connect and inspire people across Latin America and beyond, and I value innovation, diversity, and excellence. I am eager to bring my expertise and perspective to the Product Development team, and to collaborate with other talented and passionate professionals to create and deliver products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
