About Daniela Voda

With over 17 years of work experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader in human resources and administration. I currently hold the role of HRBP at PRO TV and until end 2023 I held the dual roles of Head of Human Resources and Administrative Director at Arval BNP Paribas Group, a global leader in car leasing and mobility solutions. In these roles, I oversee the people processes, policies, and practices ensuring compliance, engagement, and development. I also manage the administrative functions, such as budgeting, reporting, and logistics, applying my logical reasoning and analytical skills. My background in statistics, which I studied at Universitate Alexandru I Cuza Iasi, helps me to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where everyone can contribute to the company's mission and vision.
