About Daniela Wagegg

I envision a future where everybody has the opportunity and is getting the individually needed support to grow and develop and to take over leadership responsibility leading to diversity in Leadership as the “new Normal”. I have the strong belief, that change and accountability always starts with yourself and that self-empowerment, safe learning and curiosity are important pillars for an inclusive culture. And it is my experience that once your own resources and strengths become visible to yourself, everything is possible. Reflecting on my values, past achievements and strengths helped me to understand what I need, where I NEED to go and how I can best utilize my own resources. It has led to a light, agile and dynamic but strategic learning around coaching and systems and an incredible growth. Looking at my strengths and my passion for people, my move from engineering via service excellence to coaching, systems and agile topics was the most natural thing to do. Always curios about how to best support them, what they might need and also about the organizational aspect of service.
