About Daniela Waters

After working as a Business Manager for over 15 years, I decided to move into the path of passion and service. Giving back and offering to others something priceless was something I had always dreamed of. The whole idea of "when you work on something you love it doesn't feel like work" is absolutely true. As cliché as it may sound, it truly does reflect one's life if put into action. You are what you dream to be, now I am fulfilled making people's lives better each day and knowing that my services bring my clients happiness and faith in their on achievements. Yes, I am "THE TRAINER", but like everything in life, the mindset matters most. When you can help someone sees beyond their fears and disbeliefs, there is a life changing moment that takes place. My main work consists of teaching my clients to develop a healthy and happy relationship with food and their nutrition in general. In addition, teaching clients how to benefit from strategic, dynamic and fun workouts and most importantly, help my clients develop a new way of looking at life. Life is so much more then just a perfect body and perfect skin. Life is all about owning the past and leaving it where it belongs, learning from our mistakes, becoming the best version of ourselves inside and out and never competing with anyone. When you learn you can create anything in life by simply believing in yourself and devoting time to understanding your power as a divine being, achieving goals became a fun part of life! Mixing fitness, nutrition and life lessons with mind power is truly what I do!
