About Daniela Wilson

I have worked for GSK, Boehringer Ingelheim, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Vifor Pharma and CSL. QUT trained Registered Nurse with a Post Grad in Health Promotion, I have excelled academically and became member of International Golden Key society. My clinical experience exceeds 20 years, of which 15 years in training and education and over 10 years in pharmaceutical industry. I have management experience for over 10 years in entertainment industry (visual arts) and over 2 years in health education. I have managed the production of complex projects across several teams that had to work seamlessly to complete the project successfully by the due date, with no space for error or compromise. I have led all these teams to success with resourcefulness, innovation, and determination, whilst looking after operations and project management. I have been commended for my attention to detail, people skills and ultimate success, on several occasions. NLP master, I have excellent communication/customer service skills, and I’m passionate and confident about developing effective relationships with clinicians of all levels. I have the ability and pleasure of building rapport with any kind of personality, and I am driven by the passion to succeed. I competently organise meetings and events with an eye for detail. I like to connect with people personally, making them feel heard and understood, with a focus on what makes a difference at individual level. My motto is “nobody cares how much we know, before they know how much we care”. As a high performing achiever, I am comfortable presenting to HCPs, speaking with stakeholders and customers, and ready to make things happen. I have presented at conventions, conferences, local and interstate, and uniquely at GPCE to large audiences using Turning Point software. I have developed and delivered training modules and written articles. I am also a published writer. On DISC, my personal inventory style is a combination of high D and I, with great energy, resourcefulness, ability to make connections, and ability to persuade and influence. I am a tertiary trained mindset coach. I was told I could sale ice to the pinguins if I put my mind to it.
