I began my professional and personal journey in the United States, in Orange County, California. I spent nearly two years immersed in a different and more sophisticated approach to business development, while also perfecting my English skills to reach a C2 proficiency level. Upon returning to Italy, I applied everything I had learned to the tourism industry — first as Assistant Purser with Grimaldi Group, and later with Corsica Sardinia Elba Ferries, working primarily in French territorial waters. The years spent at sea helped me realize that working closely with people is where I thrive. Patience, empathy, the ability to make guests feel at home, and a creative yet structured approach to problem-solving brought me back to land with a clearer vision. I continued my path in the hospitality industry at Hotel Royal Continental in Naples (Royal Group), where I expanded my experience by taking on responsibilities in sales and commercial promotion, developing strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Following this experience, I worked as Shift Leader and Sales Representative at Resort & Fountain & Luxury, a boutique luxury hospitality company, where I further refined my skills in guest relations, B2B development, and high-end customer service, with a strong focus on tailor-made experiences and commercial strategy. Today, I proudly serve as Business Developer Manager at Portyl, a groundbreaking project that blends augmented reality and artificial intelligence to revolutionize the way we experience archaeological sites. Our mission is to transform every visit into an immersive, educational, and emotionally engaging journey — bringing history back to life like never before.
