About Daniele Ottorogo

Since 2010, I have been working in the metal carpentry sector. I started as a technical designer and salesperson for light carpentry and steel made furniture. Later on, I moved into the medium-heavy and heavy carpentry sector focused on construction, where I then became production and plant manager. During my time at Maeg Costruzioni, I contributed to the realization of projects such as the Al Wakrah Stadium in Qatar, the Complexe Sportif d'Olembe in Cameroon, the new Bocconi University campus in Milan, as well as other projects including bridges and industrial structures. Lastly, at Cimolai S.p.A, I was given the opportunity to explore a new world: advanced robotics applied to welding (ABB - Yaskawa). I am currently the manager of Robotic Dept. at the Cimolai workshop in Polcenigo(PN). In 2024 I started the degree course in Computer Engineering. Dal 2010 lavoro nel settore della carpenteria metallica, ho iniziato come tecnico disegnatore e commerciale per la carpenteria leggera e l'acciaio come materiale d'arredamento. Successivamente sono entrato nel settore della carpenteria media-pesante e pesante finalizzata alle costruzioni come responsabile degli stabilimenti e di produzione. Nella mia esperienza in Maeg Costruzioni ho contribuito alla realizzazione di opere quali l'Al Wakrah Stadium in Qatar, il Complexe Sportif d'Olembe in Camerun, il nuovo campus universitario Bocconi Milano e altre opere quali ponti, strutture industriali ecc. Infine, in Cimolai S.p.A. mi è stata data l'opportunità di esplorare un mondo nuovo, quello della robotica avanzata applicata alla saldatura (ABB-Yaskawa), della quale attualmente sono il referente per lo stabilimento di Polcenigo. Nel 2024 ho iniziato il corso di Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica
