About Daniele Trexler

I am a Penn State, University Park graduate from Erie, PA with a BS in Labor and Employment Relations. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I began working in Pittsburgh as an Administrative Assistant at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company. After completing my contract in Pittsburgh, I moved back home to Erie to build a career closer to my family. I was fortunate to be offered a role in the Barber National Institute’s recruitment office. Since my hire, I have proven competencies in managing an Applicant Tracking System, facilitating onboarding presentations on behalf of human resources for various departments, maintaining sponsorships of vacancies across job boards, and ensuring the overall candidate experience is nothing but positive. As a detail-oriented individual, I take pride in my work and how it affects those around me. I look forward to my continued growth as a Human Resources professional, and I am extremely blessed to be a part of the Barber National Institute.
